Each conference is organized jointly by a National Organizing Committee (NOC) and a Local Organizing Committee (LOC). The LOC, comprising the faculty members from the host institution of each conference, is responsible for
- The local hospitality
- Organization of the sessions and
- The publication of the Proceedings
On the other hand, the NOC is responsible for
- Deciding the policy issues common to all the conferences,
- Overseeing the peer-review process to ensure a high standard of the conferences,
- Deciding the venue of each conference, and
- Maintenance of the conference webpage
