NCNSD-2012 Call for Papers

The seventh National Conference on Nonlinear Systems and Dynamics (NCNSD-2012) will be held from 12 to 15 July, 2012 (from Thursday to Sunday) at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune. The conference will cover all topics in nonlinear systems and dynamics.

The conference will consist of the following components.

1. Planery talks and mini-symposia.
2. Oral and poster presentations.
3. Interactive sessions (Actual demonstration of experiments).
4. Papers for interactive session.
5. Awards will be given to three best posters presented by students. In such posters the student must be the first author.

Eligibility and Registration:

Researchers working in the field of nonlinear science are eligible to participate and present their research findings in the conference. Registration can be made online via NCNSD website. The number of participants will be limited to 150.

Proceedings and Paper Submission:

The Proceedings of the Conference will be published online as in the case of previous conferences. All the papers presented (oral and poster) in the conference will be subjected to peer review before publishing online. Manuscript must be typeset as per the format given in the template files (which can be downloaded from the website of NCNSD) using LaTeX/RevTeX. The length of the manuscript should be restricted to 4 pages. In the case of a paper to be presented in the conference which has been recently published or has been accepted for publication in a journal, the author can submit a one page brief and mention in which journal it has been published or has been accepted for publication. In addition, all those who plan to give oral and poster presentations should submit the title and abstract of the presentation while registering for the conference to be included in the book of abstracts.

3. Foreign Participants               : USD 400   (USD 450 after 31.3.2012)
4. Foreign Student Participants  : USD 200 (USD 250 after 31.3.2012)
