The NCNSD - 2006 was held in Ramanujan Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics, University of Madras, Chennai - 600 005, on 06th to 08th February 2006. The format of the conference was the same as that of NCNSD - 2003. The Proceedings were printed. The papers are also available through this homepage.
